Relationship Coaching
Relationships and positive connections are an important part of a happy and fulfilling life. As a Relationship Coach, I help women build healthy relationships with themselves, co-workers, partners, family, and friends. Understanding and regulating emotions, effective communication and, shifting mental mindsets are key to fostering harmonious and successful relationships.

Faith Mentoring
I offer Christian Mentoring to help women discover their identity, find hope or reignite their faith and intimacy with Jesus. You are not alone and no matter what struggles you are facing, I offer a safe space for you to share your journey and encourage you to seek answers from Holy Spirit through guided questions and prayer.

Art Experiences
I invite you to book an Art Experience you'll never forget. Groups of 15 - 25 are organized by you or your company and focuses on the process and not the outcome. You will experience blind fold painting amongst other techniques that will encourage you to embrace your inner child and reclaim your confidence.
4.
A.D.H.D & Disabilities
Growing up with neurodiversity and/or disabilities is hard on individuals and families. It can impact learning and relationships that lead to misunderstandings, judgement, shame, and low self esteem. I offer a compassionate and empathetic space as one who has grown up with both, and raised boys with the same uniqueness.
My Approach to Coaching
My coaching approach is based on empathy, collaboration, and empowerment. I believe that every woman has the potential to achieve her goals and live a fulfilling life, and my role as a Coach is to help her unlock that potential. I use a range of techniques and tools to support my clients, including mindfulness, positive mindsets, and goal-setting strategies.

Jenny McConnell
I am a Certified Professional Life Coach with the Certified Life Coaching Institute. I have been working in the education and human services field for the last 25 years. I have a Masters in Special Education, Associate Diploma in Creative Arts, and a Certificate from Yale School of Emotional Intelligence. I am a mother of three teenage boys. I have a hearing impairment and my ADHD went undiagnosed throughout my school life. Two of my three boys have the same hearing loss and are neurodiverse.
